Amy Murphy
Co-President

Amy received her undergraduate degree in Communications at the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA). Prior to attending Georgetown’s McDonough School of Business, Amy comes from 5 years experience in advertising and marketing. She started her career in Los Angeles at the agency of record for The Boeing Company and most recently, she was Marketing Manager for the aerospace and defense brands of The McGraw-Hill Companies in New York City. Amy recently completed an internship at Nestle and upon attaining her MBA, she plans to pursue a career in Brand Management.
   
Rina Gursahaney
Co-President

Rina graduated with a B.S. in Industrial & Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech. Prior to attending Georgetown, Rina spent 9 years in Management Consulting. As a consultant, she developed expertise in business strategy, project management, and large-scale IT implementations within the capital markets and health care insurance industries. Rina has accepted a summer internship with Target in Minneapolis, MN and plans to pursue a career in Marketing Strategy upon graduation.
   
Stephen Lan
Co-VP of Career Management

Stephen graduated from Georgetown University, with a B.S. in Business Administration with a double focus in finance and international business. Prior to returning to Georgetown, he spent five years with Navigant Consulting, most recently in Seattle, WA. His most recent position was Managing Consultant in Navigant Consulting's Disputes and Investigations practice. Stephen is a career switcher who has accepted a brand management internship with Nestle.
   
Teresa Smerdzinski
Co-VP of Career Management

Teresa graduated from the University of Virginia with a B.S. in Commerce, concentrations in finance and management. Prior to attending the McDonough School of Business, she spent five years at the Corporate Executive Board. Her most recent position was Associate Director of Corporate Strategy where she worked on acquisitions, business alliances, and new business launches. Teresa is a career switcher who has accepted a brand management summer internship with the Campbell Soup Company.
   
Cameron Abrahams
VP of Consulting Projects

Cameron graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in Communications. After completing her undergraduate degree, Cameron spent 6 years in a client relationship management and sales role in the hedge fund industry at FrontPoint Partners and Morgan Stanley. Cameron spent her summer working at Deloitte Consulting and plans to pursue a career in consulting or general management upon completing her MBA.

Mona Dalsania
Co-VP of Internal Events

Mona grew up in Allentown, PA and completed her undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering at Penn State. A proud Nittany Lion, Mona began her career as part of GKN plc's International Leadership Development Program where she lived in St. Louis, MO, Frankfurt, Germany, and Durham, NC. Upon completion of the program, Mona worked as a Production Engineer for GKN's aerospace division in military aircraft manufacturing prior to coming to Georgetown. At MSB, Mona is an active member of GMA and MBA Volunteers, and a Peer Advisor. Mona spent her summer as an Intern with Johnson and Johnson in Skillman, NJ, and will continue to pursue a career in Brand Management.
   
Dara Wilansky
Co-VP of External Events

Dara graduated George Washington University with a B.B.A in marketing. Before coming to Georgetown, she worked in corporate buying for Macy’s East in New York. In addition to her involvement with the Graduate Marketing Association, Dara is an Admissions Ambassador, working with prospective Georgetown MBA students and the admissions staff. Upon graduation, Dara plans on pursuing a career in brand management.
   
Jess Sheehan
Co-VP of External Events

Following her undergraduate education at University of California, Berkeley, Jess worked in magazine advertising sales with Time Inc. for a few years before moving to agency side to work for Grey Direct in San Francisco. She then moved to Lake Tahoe and continued to work in advertising as a Senior Account Executive for a boutique firm specializing in tourism, hospitality and recreation. Upon completion of her MBA, she hopes to move into brand management, ideally in the retail sports apparel industry.

Fawzi Kronfol
Co-VP of Social Events

A native of Lebanon, Fawzi graduated from Clark University (Worcester, MA) with a degree in Economics and Biology. Fawzi spent three years living and working in Boston during which he spent two years in Fund Accounting for State Street Bank and one year in Investment Management for PanAgora Asset Management. Fawzi is currently active in the MSB community, along with the VP of Special Events for GMA, he is also the VP of MEGA, and an organizer for the Hoya Hoop Club. Upon graduation from Georgetown, Fawzi plans to pursue a career in brand management or investment management.
   
Sayeh Obahi
Co-VP of Social Events

Sayeh graduated from the George Washington University with a B.A. in Psychology in 2005. After graduating, she worked as a marketing assistant at an engineering firm in CT for one year before moving on to an accounting and back-office firm tailored to the interior design industry in Boston. There, she handled the businesses of a number of interior designers and advised them on best practices for two years. She plans to pursue a career in international marketing.
   
Brian Coleman
Co-VP of Fundraising

Brian graduated from the University of Richmond with a B.S. in Business Administration and a minor in Journalism. While in college, Brian served as president of his university’s chapter of the American Marketing Association. After graduation, he moved to Washington, DC to work as a management consultant for Accenture and Washington Consulting. Upon graduation from Georgetown, Brian plans to work in strategic marketing.
   
Wendy Matos-Lurquin
Co-VP of Fundraising

Wendy is originally from Peru where she graduated from the Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru with a B.S. and an Engineer degree in Computer Science. Prior to attending Georgetown, Wendy worked for 3 years as a Customer Relations Management consultant at BCTS, a management and information technology consulting firm. She also worked as an internal consultant on a six-month project at Telefonica del Peru. Wendy’s current interests include management and marketing consulting, and she plans to pursue a career in one of these fields upon completion of her Georgetown MBA.
   
Al Shain
VP of Treasury

Al is the VP of Treasury for the GMA.

   
Bonnie Marinaccio
VP of Technology

Bonnie Marinaccio is from California where she attended UCLA and majored in Cognitive Science. She worked for Circle of Friends, a small consumer goods company, doing marketing and new product development. That was followed by a role at Sony Pictures Home Entertainment as a distribution and inventory analyst. She spent her summer at the Department of Commerce and plans to pursue a career in General Management, Operations or Consulting.
